Hi, I’m Makayla. My own journey to health and happiness hasn’t been easy—I’ve struggled with weight gain, emotional eating, acne, anxiety, and an unhealthy obsession with food and body image. After years of frustration and not finding the right support, I finally invested in my health and healing. Through personal development, mindset shifts, and working with a health coach who truly understood the root of my challenges, I transformed my mental and physical well-being.

Now, my purpose is to help others do the same. As a certified Health and Wellness Coach, I guide individuals to step into their full potential by nurturing a balance between mind, body, and soul. My approach focuses on creating sustainable habits, shifting mindset, and addressing issues like emotional eating, body image, and overall wellness. Together, we’ll create lasting transformation so you can confidently become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Awareness

    It all starts by learning to become aware of your current state and focusing on who you want to become. We will use tools to reflect and clarify your goals and intentions.

  • Integration

    Next, we will create an action plan for your desired future, integrating mindset, habit, and behavior practices throughout the program.

  • Transformation

    The last step? We learn how to refine what we’ve learned, building skills to use outside of the program to sustain your successes and strive towards the best you. This is your new beginning.
